S.S. "Wingsang" sailing on the 22nd, or 23rd. instant, 3 Cases Revolvers, marked Co and numbered 1 and 2, to Shanghai, for transhipment at that port to Weihaiwei. These packages are in- tended for the First Chinese Regiment commanded by Colonel Bower, and are ex. S.S. "Merionetbshire" from London.
